Operations Team Leader

Position Summary
Become an integral player in our company leadership team as the Team Leader of our Ops team, having daily input into the future and growth of the company with your stamp!

Day-to-day responsibilities include;
– Very wide and varied role, changing by the day & hour.
– Managing the processes involved in taking a confirmed order though to delivery.
– Managing the flow and teams picking and packing consignments, ready for dispatch nationwide.
– Inwards goods & shipment management.
– Continuous improvement of systems, processes and facilities
