KAIKOURA WATERFRONT APARTMENTS

BACKGROUND

Kaikoura Waterfront Apartments is a luxury apartment accommodation venue, offering 18 one, and two bedroom apartment options right on the waterfront with 180 degree Pacific Ocean views. Located 1 minute walk from the beach, and within walking distance of bars, restaurants and shops it is an ideal venue for families, couples, or those looking for a luxury getaway experience.

THE PROJECT

The apartments were quite badly damaged after the 2016 earthquakes in Kaikoura. After sitting vacant, the property was taken over and Andy Cleverley was tasked with the job of re-opening the apartments as the rooms needed significant repairs and renovations. Having previously dealt with Vendella, Andy had no hesitation in calling Marty to help get the property fitted out. They required staggered deliveries, so we were able to dispatch the goods as they needed them, helping them in the process of the renovations.

PROBLEMS WE SOLVED / REASONS FOR PARTNERING WITH VENDELLA

Having dealt with Vendella in the past, Andy Cleverly knew of the level of service and ability to make a project of this nature go as smoothly as possible. Being able to stagger the delivery, and only delivering what was needed during the project made it that much easier.
