Background.

La Quinta by Wyndham Ellerslie is a contemporary new hotel in Auckland. Conveniently close to two major hospitals, showgrounds and parks, La Quinta by Wyndham Ellerslie is the perfect hotel for guests to relax and unwind. Featuring 246 rooms, all which have been stylishly decorated and aim at comfort, the hotel promises warmth and hospitality.  Opening at the end of 2023, it’s the 12^th hotel that New Zealand’s Safari Group has developed and launched with Wyndham and the fifth Wyndham property that Safari Hotels, a division of Safari Group, will manage.

The Project.

Safari Group led the new build project, and Vendella was approached to assist with furnishing the hotel. Account Manager Michael Boakes, having collaborated with Safari Group on similar ventures, played a key role by coordinating sample deliveries for evaluation. Chosen as the preferred supplier due to our long-standing partnerships with Safari Group and Wyndham Hotel Group, Vendella’s reputation for meeting specific needs with reliable, timely, and competitively priced products was a key factor. With a specific delivery date and time in mind, we were able to fulfil our commitment and ensure a smooth and timely delivery, allowing the items to arrive well in advance of the opening day.
