Background.

Royston Hospital is a private hospital located in Hastings, for elective surgical procedures including Orthopaedics, Endoscopy, Ophthalmology, Gynaecology, general and vascular surgery. The property is 100 years old and has been continuously upgraded and expanded over the years. It has been beautifully restored to provide a high quality, patient-focused service to the Hawkes Bay community. The ward has 33 impatient beds, and also has 7 operating theatres, an admission area and a Post Anaesthetic Care unit with a second stage for day surgery patients.

The Project.

Royston Day Surgery has been a long standing client of Vendella. With Royston Hospital being adjacent to the day surgery, sales representative Jason Walton called into see Lesley and Kerri at the hospital after hearing that they were looking to upgrade some of their bedding items. Kerri and Lesley had received recommendations of and viewed Vendella’s product range previously, but Jason was able to solidify what exactly they were looking for. He sent samples for them to trial in their rooms, and once confirmed, Vendella dispatched their first order to them.
