BACKGROUND
Based in Christchurch, the Kirkwood Flats are fully furnished one-bedroom flats used for accommodating Students, and University staff such as Lecturers and Tutors. There are approximately fifty flats within close proximity to the University. These facilities are provided by the University and operated by Unilodge.
THE PROJECT
Vendella worked with university facility services to completely furnish the Kirkwood Flats used for teachers, tutors, and students. We supplied everything from beds, to furniture, and kitchenware.
PROBLEMS WE SOLVED / REASONS FOR PARTNERING WITH VENDELLA
University of Canterbury partnered with Vendella because we were able to source a supply that is all set up in their purchasing system – University Market.
