BACKGROUND

Just a stone’s throw from the water’s edge, Waves Luxury Apartments offer a combination of lifestyle and location, with expansive views of the ocean and mountains.  The property offers 12 luxurious apartments, which have been architecturally designed to ensure they are fitted and maintained to the highest standards.  Waves Luxury Apartments range from executive apartments to courtyard and ocean-view apartments. These are are suited for couples, families, corporate and tour groups, and guests from overseas. 

THE PROJECT

Lydia contacted Vendella to ask for advice and recommendations on updating their owner apartments.  After understanding the layout and colour scheme of the rooms, recommendations were made and samples were sent. Lydia and her team trialed the sample products in the rooms, and several orders came through for the apartments featuring the provided products. This has resulted in positive feedback from their guests rating the comfort and presentation of the newly refurbished beds. Customers noted how much of a difference is made to a room, just by changing the bedcover.

PROBLEMS WE SOLVED / REASONS FOR PARTNERING WITH VENDELLA

Sending the samples on a ‘try-before-you-buy’ basis meant the owners were able to view how their apartments would look and feel, before purchasing any products. Vendella’s extensive knowledge of what guests, housekeepers, and management need means we can help customers make confident and informed choices on products. Because Vendella has consistent stock, we were also able to coordinate deliveries for each of the owner apartments, on an as-needed basis. This made it incredibly easy for the team at Waves Luxury Apartments to spread the orders out, helping cashflow constraints due to COVID, resulting in most rooms getting a fresh, new look, even in such challenging times.
