Same Day Dispatch

How long will it take to get here?
South Island delivery - one day, excluding rural delivery. North Island delivery - two days, excluding rural delivery. These times may alter if the item has to be made or if items are out of stock.

Free Delivery

What will the freight charge be?
We do not charge freight on any order. This excludes larger items as beds, furniture etc. but you will be notified prior to processing your order. Every invoice carries a $2.95 in-house handling fee excluding back orders.

What includes the Furniture Freight?
Furniture Freight includes bulk freight but does not include door to door service.

30 Day Guarantee

What if I don't like the product I receive?
We have a 30 day money back policy. If the product is returned within 30 days, in the condition it was sent, we will credit you 100%. Beds, Furniture, products which have been made-to-order and end-of-line products are excluded from this policy.

Minimum Order

Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We will dispatch orders of any size, large or small.*


Can I order samples?
Yes! All samples are charged unless otherwise notified. Credits for returned samples are issued upon receipt back to Vendella International.

No, all prices are gst exclusive.

Volume Pricing

How does the Volume Pricing work?
The Volume Pricing applies to most of our bedding, bed covers and towelling items. In each product page is shown whether it is applicable or not. If the purchasing volume is above the volume shown, the discounted (volume price) is automatically applied and shown in the cart. No further discounts apply.

Is this product in stock?
We carry almost the entire range in stock. We also have access to large amounts of other options not featured. If you can't find the item you need, just ask!

Are we a 'one stop shop'?
Yes! We carry a large range of products and on the off chance we can't source the item you desire, we'll lead you in the right direction. We're here to help!


What does the Warranty for Explorer, Melody, Indulgence and Dreamsleep beds and mattresses cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials. (excludes commercial applications) The warranty period is from the date of first purchase and is not transferable.
This warranty does not cover faults caused by accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, normal wear & tear, body contouring or transportation. Body contouring is a normal occurence and does not constitute a manufacturing fault.

An incorrect choice of mattress does not constitute a manufacturing fault.

Vendella does not demand an account application before processing orders. We will most likely have your details on file so your order will be processed immediately.*
