Product FAQs
What Pillows Do Hotels Use?
Most hotels keep it simple with medium-profile polyester pillows — they’re durable, hypoallergenic, and suit the majority of guests. Deluxe rooms often feature feather and down for that premium, sink-in feel, while some properties add specialty options like memory foam or gel. Offering a mix on the bed or a pillow menu lets guests choose what works best for them — and that little bit of choice goes a long way to boosting comfort.
Should Hotel Pillows be Washed?
Yes! Always follow the care label, but these general rules apply : Use a pillow protector, gentle warm wash under 40ºC or dry clean. Low heat, tumble dry or line dry. Shake and fluff before reuse
