Easy Installation.
Due to the size of the project, and the timely manor it is done in, it was important to SIT that the installation was an easy process. Therefore we packaged each room into kit sets.
Fit For Purpose
Being a student campus fit for purpose product was paramount to the success of the project. We have a huge range of products, continually holding around $1.7 Million worth of stock in our Timaru warehouse.
BACKGROUND
SIT provides accommodation to students boarding at the premises. The SIT Apartments in Invercargill are made up of 12 older style motel units and 40 brand new units for international and domestic students (209 beds altogether). There are furnished single and double room options, and each apartment includes a kitchenette and bathroom. Vendella has worked with Southern Institute Of Technology for over 3 years now on several new builds as well as ensuring they are well stocked on a regular basis. For us, it is important that we service our customers with a particular focus around their top three priorities so for this project, it was, one-stop shop, easy installation & fit for purpose.
UH-OH MOMENT
With installation being a large rock for the team at SIT we arranged to have all the products put into kits before leaving our dispatch warehouse. Upon arriving at SIT each kit could be put into each room for the students making installation a very easy process.
