Due to the size of the project, and the time it had to be done in, it was important that our team was fast paced so the owners could get the property up to Top10 standards quickly.

We have a huge range of stock, continually holding around $1.7 Million worth of product in our Timaru warehouse. Between this and our relationship with our couriers, it ensures we are able to arrange timely deliverys.
BACKGROUND
Caron & Sean Steffert are very keen live wires who are incredibly passionate about the holiday park lifestyle. 21 years ago the pair brought their first holiday park in the Coromandel. They built the park up to a now thriving holiday stay, sitting nicely under the well-known “Top 10 Holiday Park” umbrella. Midway through 2017, the couple decided to take on their next ambition and purchased the Cambridge Top 10 Holiday Park in order to be closer to all of their friends and family. Over the months that followed this, Caron and Sean worked closely with one of our Account Managers, Jim Boakes, to ensure they would be able to complete a full refurbishment of all the rooms for their guests to sleep in, the day they took over the park.
UH-OH MOMENT
Caron & Sean took over the Cambridge Top 10 Holiday Park on Christmas Eve, 2017. They had taken forward all the bookings, but the main issue arose when the previous owners were not leaving until the take-over day. Therefore Caron & Sean could not do any refurbishments until that day. They needed to ensure that their suppliers could deliver in full on the day of the takeover, not before, and definitely not after. With Vendella’s fast paced, passionate team, that has a with a particular eye for detail, we were able to ensure the full refurbishment was delivered on the day, in full with extra chocolate!
