Background.

Being the newest accommodation venue in Hokitika, Hokitika’s Kiwi Holiday Park & Motel offers a variety of self-catering and serviced accommodation options including motel units and cabins, spread out over spacious grounds. With facilities suitable for families, groups, and West Coast Trail cyclists, and being conveniently located to the town center and the beach, the Holiday Park is a great base for those wanting to explore the wider West Coast.

The Project.

Being a long-time client of Vendella’s (with the previous owner using Vendella at a previous property), current manager Kevin Stevenson has been managing the property for a number of years.  Deciding to expand the property by adding 6 new units, they needed new furnishings.  Having used Vendella for their other units, Kevin and his team gave us an inventory list of the items they were requiring.  Trust and communication played a big role with supplying the Holiday Park, and this was certainly evident as the refurbishment proceeded.  The building of the units was staggered, and to aide in their project, we held their stock in our dispatch warehouse and delivered it as it was needed, as each of the units opened.
