BACKGROUND

Located in the heart of the Mount Cook Village and proudly New Zealand owned, The Hermitage Hotel is an iconic accommodation provider surrounded by miles of mountains and millions of stars. Steeped in rich history, the Hotel today features a wide range of accommodation options from Hotels to Chalets, all offering majestic mountain views, some with views of Mt Cook. Having had a recent upgrade which included bedding, furniture, and in-room items from Vendella, the Hotel is the perfect base for those wanting to adventure the surroundings, or for those who are wanting a relaxing weekend away.

THE PROJECT

The Hermitage Hotel reached out to us to provide samples of products to trial, including beds, bedding, and furniture, following a decision to update their rooms. Once all the products were decided, they were all dispatched to the hotel. This efficient and personal service was achieved by working together with those involved, and by understanding their needs. Having good business relationships made the whole process smooth and easy.
