New ways for you to pay your invoices.

Here at Vendella, we want to make things as easy as possible for our customers. Sometimes that means providing a simple sample service, so everyone can try before they buy. Other times it means travelling to a customer, to understand their needs and wants first-hand. ‘Making things easier’ also means ensuring we have multiple ways for you to pay off or settle your account, with different options to suit all of our various customers and customer types.

Now, with the introduction of a direct debit service, there are three ways you can pay your invoice.

1) Direct Payment

Follow the account detail information that is on the invoice. A direct payment is ideal for when you want to get a payment sorted right away, or have a clear, structured process for payments on specific dates.

2) Credit Card

You can click through to a secure online portal with a link on the invoice email you receive. While processing costs apply, many customers use this method to spread out costs and/or gain loyalty rewards from their credit card providers.

3) Direct Debit

The invoice is automatically paid from your account or credit card on the due date. The big advantage of the direct debit approach is, of course, some peace of mind. You will no longer have to worry about arranging a payment, or missing payment dates.
