BACKGROUND
Based in the heart of Dunedin, Otago Polytechnic Student Accommodation is a purpose built, 231-bed, furnished residential village. Completed in February 2018, it comprises of two wings of student accommodation with single, and single with ensuite rooms in the five-story west wing, and a mixture of studios and four-bedroom apartments in the four-story east wing. Vendella have been supplying Otago Polytechnic Student Accommodation with bedding packs for their first-year students for the last 4 years, solidifying ourselves as a trusted, long-term supplier.
THE PROJECT
Otago Polytechnic Student Accommodation have been providing bed packs to first year students for the past few years. These packs include sheet sets, pillows, branded quilts, branded towels, and fleece blankets. Vendella makes up the packs here at our distribution warehouse and sends them ready to be placed in each room upon arrival. By doing this it makes it easy for students to set up their rooms on move in day and is a much more cost-effective option for the students, who would normally have to purchase all of the items themselves from retail stores.
